New Fiber Find: VitaFusion Fiber Gummies 0/0

I'm a big fan of Gummy Vitamins as I have always had trouble swallowing pills. I think it's great that so many products are coming out in chewable and gummy variety.

Breakfast (between 7am & 8am) - (5/1) + 9g Fiber & 23g Protein
- 24-oz of Deer Park Water
- 2 Eggs (0/0 + 12g protein)

- 2 Slices of Center Cut Bacon (0/0 + 5g protein)

- 2 slices of weight watchers whole wheat bread (4/1 + 4g Fiber & 6g Protein)

- 2 Fiber Gummies (0/0 + 5g Fiber)

Lunch - (4/2) + 12g Fiber & 33g Protein
- Weight Watchers Pita (0/2 + 9 Fiber / 7 Protein)

- filling is Ham/turkey/beef (0/0 + 9 Protein)

- Spinach/Romaine Salad & Newmans Own Oil Dressing (0/0)

- Cottage Cheese (4/1 + 3 Fiber/10 Protein)

- Cheddar Cheese for Pita (0/0 + 7 Protein)

- 24-oz of Deer Park Water

Dinner - (0/1) + 5g Fiber

- 16-oz of Deer Park Water

Something with Protein: Chicken/Turkey/Meat

Some Greens: Broccoli/Green Beans

Some Cheese

- Culturelle Probiotic (10 Billion Bacteria)

Snacks/Leftover Points - (1/2)

- Sipping on Sobe Lifewater during the day (1 bottle)

Maybe some Whole Grain Goldfish (0/1)

Maybe some pringles (0/1)
